A Weitech cix pest repeller WK0600UK - for fleas, spiders, crickets, insects, mice. It is a heavy duty mains operated high powered internal unit and will cover up to 325 square meters.

The weitech pest repellers chase away numerous animals and insects using the latest technological advances to establish the effective range of ultrsonics.

Certain animals and insects respond to very high frequencies inaudible to humans. These are ultrasonics, specific frequencies and intensities, constantly modulating, combine to ensure that certain animals and insects leave the area, without being hurt or killed.

This works by disturbing or disrupting the food chain, nervous system, communication or social behaviour of the targeted pests. The animals and insects are chased using a method which preserves the natural environment and without effect on human health.

Improvement will become noticable after 3 to 15 days, depending on the specific pest and on the degree of infestation. Rodents will disappear relatively rapidly. Insects may intensify their activity shortly before deserting their usual nests.

This is very important for maximum efficiency. For rodents it is best to place the unit near where they enter or seek nourishment. For insects, place one or several units in the room where they seem to appear.

Tips for use
Ultrasonics do not go through walls, floors or ceilings, but can rebound off these surfaces. This actually increases the efficiency in that the "sounds" rapidly cover an entire room, even in the corners. It is not advisable to place the units behind funiture, curtains or voluminous objects which may inhibit or absorb the ultrasonic sounds. Thick carpeting may also absorb sound. For best results, the pest repellers should be allowed to function without interruption. Please note that some domestic animals may be slightly perturbed by ultrasonic sounds for several hourse before resuming their normal attitude.
